Flank Steak▪️3 Green Bell Peppers▪️4 Tomatoes▪️6 Tbs Ginger▪️4 Cloves Garlic▪️ 1 Yellow Onion▪️4 Tbs Soy Sauce▪️1/2 tsp Salt▪️1/2 tsp Pepper▪️2 Tbs Sesame Oil▪️2 Tbs Chinese Black Bean Sauce▪️3 Tbs Corn Starch▪️ . 1️⃣ Mince ginger and garlic, dice the onion and cut the tomatoes and bell pepper into chunks 2️⃣ Cut flank steak against the grain in thin strips - marinate with 2 Tbs soy sauce, salt, pepper, sesame oil, half the ginger and garlic, and 1 Tbs of cornstarch mixed with 2 Tbs of water 3️⃣ In a large pan or wok, sauté half the remaining ginger and garlic in olive oil. Who else is getting back on track today? 🙋🏽‍♀️ I’ll be doing a fat fast through the weekend, which for me equates to mostly eggs and cheese, to get back into Ketosis as quickly as possible. 💪🏼 READ BELOW FOR MORE ON FAT FASTING. — Fat fasting is usually done for 2-4 days and should not be done for longer than 5 days. The idea is to eat between 1000 and 1200 calories per day with 80-90% of calories coming from fat. — What can you eat on a fat fast? Try to eat foods that are almost completely fat — avocado, cream cheese, etc. You can eat meat but make sure it fits in your macros as you will want to keep your protein macro low. I started off with protein-rich eggs this morning, but will need to ingest fat almost exclusively for the rest of the day to even out my macro goals. — Weight loss during a fat fast will be a mix of fat and water loss. You can expect the scale to move quite a bit during a fat fast, but don’t be surprised if the number jolts upward a bit from your lowest point once you resume your normal keto eating. — When should you do a fat fast? I recommend doing a fat fast after a cheat day or to encourage movement during a plateau. I’ve used it on both occasions and have had success. Fat fasting isn’t for everyone, though. Listen to your body. Pumpkin Donuts🍩 By anettvelsberg . —•— ingredients —•— ● 1/2 cup unsweetened plant milk ● 1/3 cup pumpkin puree ● 2 tbsp Organic Coconut Oil with Butter Flavor ● 1 tsp vanilla extract ● 1 cup all-purpose flour ● 1/4 cup Organic Coconut Sugar ● 1 tsp baking powder ● 1/2 tsp salt ● 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice ● 1/2 tsp cinnamon . —•— instructions —•— 1- Preheat oven to 350℉ 2- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the plant milk, pumpkin puree, coconut oil and vanilla. Whisk until uniform. 3- Add the flour, coconut sugar, baking powder, salt, pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon and fold until even. Add a bit more milk if needed. 4- Place the mixture in a piping bag or zip-lock bag with the tip cut off and pipe into a donut pan. 5- Bake for 12-18 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean and the edges have browned. 6- Let cool a bit, then remove from mold and dip in cinnamon sugar. Sweet Potato Crust Pizza by @ wearesovegan. ——Ingredients—— For the base: 500 g sweet potato peeled and roughly chopped 2 cups oat flour For the filling: 2 tbsp tomato puree 1 cup spinach 1 red onion sliced 3 chestnut mushrooms sliced 1 red pepper sliced 2 garlic cloves diced pinch of salt & pepper 2 tsp Italian herbs 1 tsp chili flakes 2 tbsp olive oil a few basil leaves 60 g vegan mozzarella sliced ———Method——— 1. Preheat oven to 200°C and line a large baking tray with greaseproof paper. 2. Cook the sweet potato in a steamer for 20 minutes or boil the potato until soft. 3. Transfer the soft sweet potato to a mixing bowl and mash. Then add oat flour and mix with a wooden spoon until well combined. 4. Prepare a little water in a small bowl and use it to wet your hands, then shape the sweet potato dough into a ball and place it on the lined baking tray. Dipping your hands in the water will make it easier to shape the dough without it sticking to your hands. 5. Shape the dough into a circle roughly 0.5cm thick and smooth it out around the edges. 6. Bake the dough in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes. 7. Meanwhile, prepare the toppings by mixing together the onion, pepper, mushrooms, garlic, salt, pepper, italian herbs, chilli flakes and olive oil until the veggies are fully coated in the seasoning. 8. Once the dough has finished baking, remove from the oven and spread the tomato puree on top followed by a layer of spinach. Then, start layering the veggies on the pizza. 9. Finish with slices of vegan mozzarella, some basil leaves and a drizzle of olive oil. 10. Bake in oven for 8-10 minutes.

Tuna salad made naturally creamy with the addition of avocado. This super easy to make salad is healthy, light and refreshing and is great for a keto or low-carb diet. 💪 Ingredients 1 5 oz can tuna packed in water or oil drained 1 ripe avocado roughly chopped 1/2 cup cucumber chopped 1/4 cup minced celery 1/4 cup minced red or green onion 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro or parsley 1 Tbsp olive oil 1 Tbsp lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt Freshly ground black pepper --- Instructions Place all of the ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix with a fork or spoon until the avocado is roughly mashed and mixed through. Serve on lettuce wraps, toast, or in a sandwich.
