17. Brownie Batter Overnight Protein Oats

Ingredients (Servings: 2)
- 1 cup rolled oats (50 g)
- 1.5 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 scoops vegan chocolate or vanilla protein powder (44 g, Vega Performance Protein recommended)
- 4 tbsp (14 g) cocoa powder or raw cacao powder
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- 2 packets stevia or stevia drops to taste (optional)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a glass container or bowl and mix well with a spoon. Ensure everything is fully combined with no dry clumps.
- Cover and place in the fridge overnight or for at least 4-6 hours.
- When ready to eat, stir and enjoy as is or with toppings like sliced banana, strawberries, peanut butter, yogurt, nuts, seeds, or anything else you enjoy.
