17. Cottage Cheese Parfait with Berries

Servings: 2
Ingredients:
- 8 oz. (225 g) low fat cottage cheese (about 1 cup)
- ¼ tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
- 8 drops liquid stevia
- 1 cup (150 g) berries
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients, except berries, in a food processor or blender.
- Pulse until smooth and divide between two small bowls.
- Top with berries and enjoy!
