18. Cottage Cheese Pancakes

Servings: 3
Ingredients:
- 4 1/2 cups of cottage cheese
- 15 large eggs
- 1 cup of flour (can substitute almond flour for low carb pancakes)
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients, except berries, in a food processor or blender.
- Pulse until smooth and divide between three small bowls.
- Top with berries and enjoy!
