- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C). Prepare a 12-cup muffin tin by lightly greasing it or lining with paper liners. Set aside.
- Prepare the Crumb Topping: In a small bowl, mix together granulated sugar, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Pour in the melted butter and stir until the mixture forms clumps. Set aside.
- Prepare the Muffin Batter: In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Whisk to blend the dry ingredients.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, eggs, melted butter, and canola oil until well combined. Add the milk and vanilla extract, whisking until the mixture is smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined; be careful not to overmix.
